The current artist prominently featured in the Dakaverse is the Plumesworthe native Amanda Maxwell. Amanda is an awkward young woman with a troubled past, struggling as a late-blooming recluse seeking love. Her wild art reflects that.
Her art tends to lean toward the darkly macabre and mildly violent. She sees painting as a wonderful way to relieve stress and escape from herself. It is ideally suited for her frenemy Velma Vlakvanovich’s pilfered book cover needs, being a hacky romantic horror author.
Those ladies are a match made in Hell.
The Dakaverse rap duo B&G are more famous artists. B&G consists of Caleb Knight Bandit Bronston and Chaga Guerilla Wordfare Garrison, two wild dudes, technically from the crazy streets of Tellurium Ridge.
Knight Bandit and Guerilla Wordfare are talented and versatile. With art as one of the more honest ways they made money back in the day, they painted murals for building walls, colorful retail sales windows, and everything else.
Knight designed his and Kortnee London’s controversial tattoos back when they first met, and lately, most of his personal art revolves around their tainted, secretive love.
